Rihanna,is a Barbadian singer and performing artist.Rihanna has sold more than 20 million albums and 60 million singles

which makes her one of the best selling artists of all time. She is the youngest artist in Billboard charts history to achieve eleven number-one singles on the Hot 100.Rihanna’s singles such as “Rude boy”, “Umbrella”,”Please don’t stop the music”,”only girl” and recently her new Single “We found love” from Album Talk That Talk topped the charts for several weeks in row.Rihanna has endorsements deals with Nike ,Nivea,Gucci and many  others top brands.Rihanna lovely voice compliments her fit and toned body,which can be seen in her music videos,here is how she maintains her sexy body.

Rihanna’s obsession to her workout has resulted in  most valuable assets of her body i.e sexy legs and buttocks.Her toned body  have always been a fixture on stage at concerts and in sexy music videos. Rihanna has the right attitude toward working out and does not tend to force the issue of being skinny. She just wants to lose weight and look great.

Despite her busy schedule and travelling to different locations during her tour, Rihanna  manages to find time to go to the gym and resume her usual exercise routine. Fortunately for Rihanna, she has her own personal trainer to keep you motivated and see and assist her in her daily exercises.Rihanna does a lot of cardio to keep her weight down.

    Rihanna prefers running on a treadmill over anything else, although practicing dance routines is also an excellent way to workout for fitness and weight loss.

    Rihanna mainly uses her body weight for exercises,her routine involves following exercises:

  1. Jumping Jacks – 60 fast, w

  2. Spiderman Pushups – 15-2

  3. Walking Lunges – 10-15 lunges on each leg.

  4. Spiderman Climb – 20 reps

  5. Wall Squat – 1 minute

  6. Plank Exercises – 1 minute

  7. Burpees – 5 reps

  8. Running in place – 25 reps for each side

Carbs are the enemy but if I go three days without them, I start getting weak. If my trainer had her way, I’d eat small meals every three hours, but I sometimes only eat once or twice a day. I have egg whites and pineapple for breakfast with hot water and lemon. For lunch I have fish and potatoes. I hate vegetables but I make myself eat them. For dinner I have fish again.”

Rihanna follows a six small meal a day diet routine and strictly follows the routine. Her hard work is obviously paying off. Recently she dropped a size and looks fabulous!
